There are CLEAR instructions on the email with the license key as to what you should do. That's it, you do NOT need to do anything else. Registering is NORMALLY a simple process of DOUBLE CLICKING the key file. So, simply copying the file in the email you got to the Licenses folder is not going to do it - at the very least it would have to replace/overwrite your old license key file, and as you can see that is NOT happening. wsxkey extension with itself so that when you double click on the "xkey" file (the recommended procedure) it will automatically move the key file to the proper Licenses folder and change its file extension to. key in order to be recognized as a valid license key. In addition, I can't see where to download the software - that may be the reason I'm having this problem.įirst off, there is no download link on the website for Nexus Ultimate - one is sent along with your key file. And the new expiration date doesn't appear on the Preferences>about page. But this time I get a reminder window telling me to update my subscription. I've purchased an update subscription the first year and now again the second year. I've been using Nexus Ultimate for two years.
